Career

In May 1996, Carmen was featured in men’s lifestyle and entertainment magazine Playboy magazine. She was featured in Playboy four more times: June 1997, December 2000, April 2003, and the January 2009 anniversary issue. She was on the cover of the last three of these issues.

In 1990, Carmen Electra started her career as a dancer at Mason, Ohio’s Kings Island, where she was a part of the hit program “It’s Magic.” She immediately became well-known in the entertainment sector thanks to her talent and charisma. She moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 1991, where she met the late, great musician Prince. She was signed to Prince’s Paisley Park Records company after he was impressed by her talent. She made her musical debut in 1993 with the publication of her self-titled debut album. She took up the name Carmen Electra during this time, which would later come to be associated with her professional life.
